  • The need for the clients to establish a monthly or a weekly payroll is eliminated.
  • Our clients are invoiced on a fortnightly or monthly basis (where applicable) or actual hours worked by the contracted employees.

  • The contract of employment can be terminated at any given time on the request of the client.

  • Westpoint Trading cc Projects will negotiate with the trade unions at our premises and pay over the unions’ subscriptions thus preventing the unions to disrupt the client business.
  • The relationship between Westpoint Trading cc and the client can be terminated by either party by giving 30 days’ notice.
